The following steps will explain what worked for me when trying to feel better in a bikini with only a month to spare.

This might seem obvious because people love morning workouts, but there is some reasoning for this. By doing this, you will burn stored fat as opposed to an afternoon workout, where you would be burning the calories you have already consumed that day. Stored fat is all of the calories you have already consumed and digested so by working out in the morning before you have eaten anything, you’re simply burning all of your old calories.
This tip also works best if you’re just trying to slim down and lose some body fat, meaning it’s not super helpful if your goal is to gain muscle.

Improving Your Diet
I’m not about to list a whole diet plan here because those can be extremely tricky but I can tell you a few simple things to take out and a few things to add in. Small changes like this can help you feel better than ever!
- Drink two glasses of water at every meal. Water helps to flush out your system and helps you feel full when eating!
- Cut out alcohol for a whole month. Cocktails and beers are usually very high in calorie! This can be hard I know, but give your liver a break.
- Avoid processed foods. Like packaged chips, instant noodles, most cereals, white bread, etc. these foods are very high in sodium which cause you to bloat.
- Adding more fruits and veggies. This is simple! These are non-complex carbs, meaning it doesn’t take your body much effort to break them down which equals better beach bod.
