Keto Chicken Enchilada Bowl
You will need:
- 1 Roma tomato
- Sour cream
- Pickled Jalapenos
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Avocado
- A four-ounce can of Green Chiles
- 1 Onion
- Water
- Red Enchilada Sauce
- Coconut Oil
- Chicken Thighs
Keto Western Omelet
You will need:
- 6 eggs
- Sour Cream
- Salt and Pepper
- Butter
- Shredded Cheese
- Onion
- Green Bell Pepper
- Diced Ham
Italian Prosciutto Dish
You will need:
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- Sliced prosciutto
- Two tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Ten green olives

Stuffed Avocados
You will need:
- A pound of ground beef

Step One: Cook the ground beef in a saucepan over medium heat until it’s browned.
